· A complimentary bike tour of Nakatindi village and a propagate meal with our philanthropy coordinator so that guests can learn more about our extensive philanthropy projects in Zambia and across Africa
· This offering highlights one of our more recent community partnership initiatives, and one that Im very proud to promote. The Chipego Bike Shop opened in late 2016 and offers bike sales and repairs to the local community. The bike shop is entirely woman-run and has had people come from as far as Namibia to purchase their bikes. The ladies made over $20,000 in their first 6 months of opening blowing us all away with their incredible success. Theyre now finding ways to redirect their profit right back in to the community. Theyve donated bikes to the local clinic and have started sponsoring children at the local elementary school. Theyve also just been approved for the insurance needed to offer bike tours of their village, allowing guests to become an active part of their success story!
