Situated within the 200 000 hectare Khwai Private Reserve these hides are just 70 metres from a waterhole with the ground hide a mere ten metres from the waterhole, which attracts a variety of game including elephant, buffalo, roan, kudu and giraffe, allowing unsurpassed sightings from your bed. Smaller nocturnal species include porcupines, bushbabies, genets, jackals and honey badgers.

The hides at Skybeds are three-storey raised platforms, comfortably rustic they provide everything you need in the bush with fully enclosed bathrooms under each hide and private changing areas. Wholesome meals are cooked on the campfire and are served under the stars.
Activities include both morning and afternoon game drives which include sun-downers and game walks. Species frequently seen include lion, leopard, wild dog, kudu, waterbuck, red lechwe, eland, impala, roan, buffalo and warthog.
