The eight conventional but trendy"meru" style tented chambers of Chitabe Camp are constructed on elevated wooden decks and connected into the camp's major areas by elevated walkways. The en suite bathrooms include added outdoor showers and every room includes a private viewing deck that overlooks the floodplains.

The camp is obtained by wooden walkways that lead to the main lounge space. The main lounge area is a big thatched structure that has been superbly built to match the natural environment. The cleverly designed pub, hewn out of a single trunk of a sausage tree, can be completely stocked with a vast array of beverages. In the middle of the principal region there are big steps leading down into a round boma using a flame pit. The little library boasts comfy sofas, however most importantly has good views across the fertile plains. Brunches and dinners are served at the dining area that's a big thatched open-sided area, with views across the surrounding regions. A secluded hide facing the camp provides guests a relaxing place to look at the wildlife. Chitabe also includes a little curio shop selling conventional Okavango baskets and crafts created by the local employees. The swimming pool can be placed overlooking the plain before camp and is surrounded by sun loungers and obviously sheltered from the trees over: it's an excellent spot to cool off from the heat of the afternoon.
Even the Chitabe Concession supports a diverse assortment of creatures and birds. The camp is located inside the Botswana Wild Dog Research Project's research field and guests in Chitabe Camp are nearly sure to observe these rare and fascinating animals. Game forces from the camp occur both night and day. Additionally, walking safaris can be found: this action permits guests to genuinely feel, smell and signature Africa and are directed by experienced guides. Two adopts on elevated platforms supply a fantastic view of this spectacular African night skies.
