View RoomsSituated on Chief’s Island in the Moremi Game Reserve, Chief’s Camp is considered to have some of the finest game viewing in Africa. Chief’s Camp is situated on Chief’s Island in the seasonal delta. Floodwaters generally infiltrate the area in June / July and remain for a period of four to five months.
A well equipped camp, the main area the dining facilities, bar, curio shop, library and reception and built into the existing landscape, under a canopy of mature Jackalberry, Sausage and Rain trees. The main deck area is split-level and offers expansive views over the floodplains. The lower level of the deck houses the swimming pool. There is a beauty treatment room at Chief’s Camp. The treatments offered use Thalgo and Africology products. Electricity (240 volts) is supplied by a synchronized, silent generator system allowing 24-hour power supply at Chief’s Camp.
